Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using PushFirst, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use PushFirst on any iPhone you own or control, for personal, non commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of PushFirst. You may not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Subscriptions and Free Trial
PushFirst offers a 7 day free trial for new users. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the app. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and auto renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Health Disclaimer
PushFirst encourages physical activity but is not a medical or fitness advisory service. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise routine. You use the pushup counting feature at your own risk and should exercise within your physical abilities.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PushFirst is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error free, uninterrupted, or that pushup counting will be perfectly accurate in all conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PushFirst. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of PushFirst after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
